چکیده

Abstract In this work a density-dependent quark model is revisited, its thermodynamic consistency checked and the stability window for absolutely stable matter obtained. The hypotheses of both pure with equal chemical potentials stellar subject to charge neutrality are investigated. parameters that appear in mass satisfy Bodmer–Witten conjecture then used compute masses radii strange stars. We show obtained values compatible recently observed massive

Quark mass density - and temperature - dependent model for bulk strange quark matter

It is shown that the quark mass density-dependent model can not be used to explain the process of the quark deconfinement phase transition because the quark confinement is permanent in this model. A quark mass densityand temperature-dependent model in which the quark confinement is impermanent has been suggested. We argue that the vacuum energy density B is a function of temperature and satisfi...

Dibaryon systems in the quark mass density- and temperature-dependent model

Using the quark mass densityand temperature-dependent model, we have studied the properties of the dibaryon systems. The binding energy, radius and mean lifetime of (ΩΩ)0+and (ΩΞ ) are given. We find the dibaryons (ΩΩ)0+ , (ΩΞ ), (ΩΞ0) are metastable at zero temperature, but the strong decay channel for (ΩΩ)0+ opens when temperature arrives at 129.3 MeV. It is shown that our results are in good...

Study of Proto Strange Stars (pss) in Temperature and Density Dependent Quark Mass Model

We report on the study of the mass-radius (M-R) relation and the radial oscillations of proto strange stars. For the quark matter we have employed the well known density dependent quark mass model and its very recent modification, the temperature and density dependent quark mass model. We find that the maximum mass the star can support increases significantly with the temperature of the star in...

Bulk viscosity of strange quark matter in density-dependent quark mass model and dissipation of r-modes in strange stars

We study the bulk viscosity of strange quark matter(SQM) in density dependent quark mass model(DDQM) under the background of selfconsistent thermodynamics. The correct formulae, with which the viscosity can be evaluated, are derived. We also find that the viscosity in DDQM can be higher by 2 to 3 orders of magnitude than MIT bag model. We calculate the damping time scales due to viscosity coupl...

Color-flavor locked strangelets in a quark mass density-dependent model

The color-flavor locked (CFL) phase of strangelets is investigated in a quark mass densitydependent model. Parameters are determined by stability arguments. It is concluded that three solutions to the system equations can be found, corresponding, respectively, to positively charged, negatively charged, and nearly neutral CFL strangelets. The charge to baryon number of the positively charged str...
